Workplace conflict is a fact
of life in organizations and contributes significantly
to high stress levels and job dissatisfaction.
There is a commonly held view that conflict is
negative. However, this course teaches how workplace
conflict can be used as a catalyst for positive
change and new direction within the organization.
Participants learn the sources
of interpersonal conflict in the workplace, five
different styles for dealing with conflict, how
to apply a 5-step collaborative process for resolving
conflict and a process for mediating conflict
between employees.
