Pam Herbik is an Account Manager and organization development specialist for Bachmann Global Associates.

Pam has a diverse background including both professional and academic experience. Her professional experience includes eleven years in management, training, and consulting with corporations such as Federated Department Stores, Mary Kay Cosmetics and the Center for Disease Control. Her academic experience includes both teaching and research. At Georgia State University, she currently teaches two Management classes, Organizational Behavior and Negotiation. She has performed research in such areas as Organizational Citizenship Behavior, Organizational Culture and Climate, Training, Assessment and Negotiation at Cornell University, University of North Carolina and Georgia State University.

Pam's work has been recognized in very significant ways. Her research has been accepted for publication in The Journal of Social Psychology. Every semester she has taught, she has received outstanding teaching awards based on her student evaluations. Her trainees have continually requested that her services be retained again and again.

Pam's underdergraduate degree from Cornell University is a BS in Business Management and Economics. Her graduate degree from Georgia State University is a MS in Management, specializing in Organizational Behavior and Development.
